Taylor was in the hallway with her boyfriend and the boyfriend shot. Taylor didn't have a gun, so how did she shoot first?

I think they are seperate but when you shine a light on one you see glimpses of the others in the background. If that makes sense.

Honestly ACB has been rumored for a long time and if the Trump team did leak her name just to see the reaction further doqn the line then good for him, but my gut doesn't think thats the case.

It being the death penalty is kinda irrelevant per say its more that we need a constitutionalist not someone who has coauthored a paper saying judges should abstain from being judges over certain issues. That said she wasnt the main force behind the paper and to my knowledge she hasnt recused herself from any Judicial decisions so far.

She helped cowrite a paper while she was in Notre Dame that argued that in certain cases a Catholic Judge should recuse themselves from cases if the Church has a strong position on the topic. She was the junior partner in the cowriting of that paper and to my knowledge she hasnt recused herself from cases, so she might be able to distance herself from the paper to a degree. But is it worth the risk? We cant have a judge recuse themselves from a SC ruiling. She also has a pretty long track record of siding with big business and prosecutors (though that allegation I have to take other peoples word on.)

My thoughts to the best of my understanding of things anyway. If anyone wants to correct me or add to it please do.

If Trump was a facist he would have taken broad federal power during first the pandemic and second the riots, yet I still have a buddy thinking that Trump is placing "building blocks" to take supreme power if he is elected a 2nd term.
