Im hoping you're right. No rino here just dont jave faith the Republicans
Wasnt always this bad, but years of silencing anything other than Democrat point of views really ruined an otherwise good site.
This. Leaving the seat open only hurts Trump. This energized a apathetic joe biden campaign.
I just feel like Trump had a lot more party enthusiasm than Biden has. So yes they both might get a bump. However Biden's bump is likely to be larger than Trumps. Like with 90-98% approval in party how much Republicans were going to not vote for Trump?
What's so bold about what Mitch said? He just said he will follow Trumps lead.
Edit: unless I missed something
I dont think the average voter cares about scotus (unless one of them is dead). This definitely helps the dems more than Trump.
If the GOP doesn't fill a spot they will energize a joe biden campaign that is running with no enthusiasm. Democrats holding their nose and voting Trump to spite what the Democrat party has become will probably turn and vote joe. Im through with the Republican if they wait this out especially with how the the Democrats seemed to not give a shit about Republicans during impeachment and the Russia hoax.
Yep when Trump leaves (either January or in 4 years) I dont have to be stuck with this party anymore. Democrats are ruthless in pushing their ideology, Republicans just care about keeping their seats.
"Can this year get any worse?"
Depends if Trump gettibg reelected is considered worse
Yeah if Trump wins reelection
Im not partisan enough to really chear for her death, but Republicans have been celebrating her demise for years now. This post wont stop that. Honestly with how the dems have been acting I hope Trump nominates tomorrow
So if Trump nominates someone they will help him get reelected?
Do you remember the reasons behind changing the 60 votes?
Please the riots help
Honestly how did Trudeau win reelection
Prediction: these "count days/weeks after the election" rulings will be overturned in the 11th hour. Trump wins and the left says Trump confused people by changing the rules so early before an election. Setting up shreaking about an illegitimate election/president and talking about impeachment
What javier's story?
So can republican governors start changing election rules?
Lol I guess if Trump wins the next 4 years he can push tighter voter id laws while the Democrats investigate every mail in voter fraud.
The "disaster predictions always overestimate" part. That was just a pretty weak argument I picked up from someone blaming Trump for deaths from a global pandemic. Honestly it might even be true that the government over estimates, but the whole argument is a "have your cake and eat it too" type of thing.
"Well you see disaster predictions always over estimate deaths. Sure you didnt hear us saying about that at the time, and we all used these numbers to force lockdowns, and mask mandates, and change election procedures, but you cant use those numbers to defend Trump."
*Trump does something
"It's not enough"
Ill just be happy that something is happening and I doubt this is the end of things to happen to Tick Tock
Lol not trying to jump to conclusions, but what if Trump juat drops another ME country to the isreal deal lol
Im not worried at all about Barr taking short cuts or doing something outside his authority, so go for it. However can you imagine if Trump did this for Mueller? What happened to the "public deserves to know"?
They are untouchable. Like what would you have voters do? Vote Trump, but give the dems scotus and the house? The GOP will decide to take their chances and "let the voters decide" in November and know Republicans will vote down the ballot for Trump or handicap Trump with a dem House and Senate (something they would be happy with bnb too)
