Especially In Portland where the rioters are given ample warning, told what laws they are violating, asked to leave, and told of the consequences if they continue. (All broadcasted on speakers muiltiple times) People do have a right to peacefully assemble but not riot.
Last night on a stream I saw someone try to put out a fire with fireworks. Then 2 people had a conversation agreeing about how fireworks can put out fires, but a firework almost hit one of them in the face so they didnt like it.
