Back when this covid thing first started I heard someone speculate that when China realised a pandemic (man made or natural) got out of control they realized they had a choice. I think states should take care of internal disasters to the best of their capacity, but if a big enough "act of God" happens I dont have a problem with federal help. At the end of the day we are the United States we can look out for each other.
