Let's say hypothetically Biden rejoin something similar to the TPP, rejoins the Paris accord, and closes businesses. That is, he signs a trade agreement which create an environment that makes the prospect of a company to leave the country more appealing. Joins an environmental agreement which if a company stays would force them to spend money on renovations or get fined/shutdown. Then sometime during all that has a second mandatory shutdown shutting down businesses in the US while other countries are allowing factories to open. If Biden does all that we will still hear how all the bad things going on like the economy being down is Trump's fault.

Majority of the cases said they filed too soon, too late, or had no standing. I think a Pennsylvania court disagreed with how far an observer should be and we lost that one, and I can't really remember others tbh.

Pardons, whether you approved of them or not, isn't the standard for the definition of "war hawk". Willingness to engage in invasions and military conflict is, and Biden beats Trump in that regard by miles.
