Man this is tough to read. Times are hectic and I would try my best to not let time like these destroy family relationships. When everything cools down a bit I would try to make contact again (a text, a call). You can even use moving as an exuse about losing the Time. Family is family, and I'm not the closest to mine, but it still rings true. That said, I'm just an internet stranger and you know more about the situation than me.
