Anecdotal here: I make $100k in a city with about half the living costs as NYC so it goes a fair ways. I would work 80 hours a week to double my income but there's just no opportunity for me to do that because the careers where I can do that and make more have slowly been changed into "work-life balance" careers which pay less but you only work 40 hours a week and really you're only working like 15 hours in the week. I spent most of my day today shitposting and playing video games while "working". It sucks because as a man, I'd prefer working hard and providing for a woman but society just doesn't let me do that. Everything is structured to make that hard to accomplish.

Women should specialize on areas that they will always be objectively superior at. We should take this time to promote women's grace and beauty and get women to stop signing up for sports. Sign up for ballet, sign up for dance, sign up for singing, sign up for cheer, for modeling, etc... don't waste what you're naturally better at than men at trying to be like men but never being good enough. Your second solution screams bitcoin promotion or low actual knowledge on currency/bitcoins etc.. You can't just buy bitcoin and thus devalue the USD. That's not how it works exactly. Disintegrating from the monetary system is definitely needed but are you paid your salary in USD? Do you pay your taxes in USD? Do you consume all of your products in USD? If so, just buying bitcoin won't do anything.

The science was faulty in the first place. It was all designed to push an agenda that differs from reality. They are creating their own reality, regardless of the truth. I've seen first hand how D&I actually destroys productivity. Anyone who has been in a "toxic masculine" work environment that was forced to hire POCs/Women knows it completely destroys the motivation of the team. The POCs/Women tend to be less intelligent and less competent compared to the white men which means the white men have to pick up the slack. Eventually the white men break and decide fuck the system because the system is no longer working to their interest so they stop trying. This leads to an overall less productive/competent workforce that continuously wastes tons of resources on promoting itself. D&I meetings, D&I emails, D&I marketing etc... And it turns away the actual competent people from working within the group. I've seen it happen many times. Having a competent workforce is actually a danger to big business because competent labour can just leave and start their own business like what many in the tech industry did or what many banking professionals did.
