As for making Crypto a viable part of our ecosystem, we start at the roots: Start tipping people with crypto. For pedes that own businesses, make it optional to be paid in crypto. For pedes that own farms, they should accept crypto.
We should be actively encouraging its use. There's much development being done in the space. Bitcoin isn't the only crypto either, Ethereum & its tokens are extremely beneficial to the space. As for paying rent, rent processors exist, which is a good start. It's not crypto directly to your landlord, but in terms of practically paying your rent with it, it solves the kitchen-table issue with ease.

Not to mention the fact that most Bitcoin mining is done in China because of the low cost of power. The CCP could cripple Bitcoin if they so choose.
They could try, but people will notice a 51% attack going on and pools will be blocking attacker-associated IPs. We already have the biggest miners in the world situated in the U.S. so I am not really concerned about the CCPissants attacking the network. I am more concerned with quantum computers (in which, there will be quantum resistant crypto.. its not like you cant upgrade crypto either!)
As for the lawyers, I don’t even know what your argument is. Yes, companies like Parler should definitely be using lawyers willing and able to work with them despite the external pressure. But those lawyers are few and far between. More than that, those lawyers aren’t going to be nearly as good as the ones they had on retainer until recently.
My argument is that we need simply need more lawyers. Just like we need more Trump-like leaders in this country, and just like we need more politicians that are for the people, and just like we need more pro-free speech platforms, we need more lawyers.

I'm not going to lie to you, I've been feeling pretty black pilled too. After the obvious irregularities in the election, after nothing happened in December, and after the global & corporate reaction resulting in pixelnaught.. I am not positive that things will really get better soon. But that doesn't mean we need to be feeling doom and gloom. We need to start doing. If that means we need more peaceful protests then so be it. We need to be building. The idea that there are people sitting on their ass, sad and doing nothing is disgraceful when we're being oppressed.
