You’re retarded. I’m literally permabanned from Twitter. The Twitter battle is impossible to win, wasting resources on a battle that is lost is mental retardation. They control all the cards, it’s their home turf. It’s rigged in their favor, full-stop. The only answer is Gab. My problem is I don’t know how to fix this. We’re a mess in many ways. There are a handful of values our side has that we won’t move on, thank god, like 1A and 2A rights. I think, though, if we’re going to protect the things we hold dear, we need more power. Once we lose all the power, our ability to hold onto our “united values” is gone, and there’s nothing else we can do.
I have to disagree with you. Yes, there are retards who pile onto some simple minded bullshit here, but it pales in comparison to that of the reddit hivemind. I don’t participate in that groupthink, either. I’d say our problem is 2% of that of the left. That is also our biggest problem in a different way. We can’t come to a consensus about nearly anything specific. On very rare and cut-and-dry occurrences, like Goya for example, we can accomplish things. When it comes to organizing to accomplish goals that are less obvious, it’s impossible for us to find footing that holds ground, because we have people digging out the dirt under the rock we’re trying to stand on. Just look at the Superbowl example. Half of us say, “boycott,” the other says, “Trump did it, I’ll do whatever he does or whatever I want,”. Same goes for posting direct links to Twitter, or leaving Facebook.
My post has nothing to do with political office. We can’t come to terms with each other on boycotts, protests, anything. Every day, Twitter links are posted here. We can’t even seem to agree that posting that communist garbage is unacceptable, and simply mentioning this in their threads gets you vitriol, “don’t tell me what to do, muh freedoms,”. These same people don’t understand they’re literally supporting the people eroding their freedoms.
Yeah, no kidding. Literally stickying Superbowl memes and Twitter links. I’m surprised they haven’t stickied a Twitter link referencing the Superbowl at this point.

I've been learning how to write code for several months now. There's websites out there that talk all about coding and there's forums dedicated to the topic. Stack Exchange, Stack Overflow etc.
Sometimes, when you can't find an answer to a problem, you need to look up a video about a broader context that happens to have the solution.
Another example:
Recipes to cook with aren't always posted online and easy to find with search engines. I was looking for a re-fried bean recipe for a long time on a search engine, I couldn't find something simple and easy. Tried YouTube, there's a nice woman with a recipe that only has three ingredients and is delicious.
People don't always have technical expertise &/or resources to have their own website. YouTube is accessible for these people, almost anyone can figure out how to upload a video. It's a shame we need to have this discussion, because if Google wasn't such commie trash, we could have a wonderful thing.

What will you do when you need to watch a video how to fix something, or how to learn how to do something? Sometimes, very specific things are buried in these videos and not found posted in articles dug up using a search engine. Videos are often more effective at teaching than just reading.
I thought at first maybe there was some site that would mirror videos on YouTube to deprive them of views/data, but I couldn't find anything.
