Oh it doesn't stop all traffic, hence it's useless. No, the fact is having a barrier, although imperfect REDUCES traffic enough to something we can manage with CBP.
Same argument I'm making here. If it gets it down a little, the cost is almost nothing to do it, masks are cheap and plentiful and gets us back to our normal lives.
She has a point. Too many conservatives LARPing like they're John Adams by saying they won't wear a mask. The cost benefit ratio of masks are in extreme favor of wearing them.
