This is so true I laughed and then got sad.
I feel similar in that I have no idea what to do right now, and I trust no politician to fix the system at any level. Until today, I was holding on to hope that Trump had a good plan and we might see our fortunes improve. In my opinion, this was the last opportunity for somewhat peaceful resolution. I still hope that Trump has some sort of last-resort-burn-down-the-house-with-him plan in his back pocket. We'll know in a couple weeks.
The deep state has been building up for many decades and, barring a sudden involuntary regime change, I expect it may take just as long to root out. I'm half your age, and I don't think even I will see this level of corruption adequately purged in my lifetime.
Hell, it was 4 years after the Boston Massacre until the first Continental Congress convened, and another year after that until the real fighting began. Even the French Revolution took 3-4 years from the storming of the Bastille until shit really hit the fan. We may be in for a slow, shitty ride, or we may not. I know that I have no clue what it's going to be, and I'd be surprised if anyone else does.
All I can do for now is hang tight, make preparations for my family, and look for paths forward. No idea what those paths may look like now, but I expect any opportunities will make themselves apparent as time goes on. It's also possible that I may never be at the right time or place to make a significant difference. If that's the case, c'est la vie; I can at least continue shitposting for morale.
I don't disagree overall with that perspective. Even if Pence hadn't turned into a bitch, kicking the electors back would have been bandaid fix, although welcome. The real issues came from the states, and that's where patriots will have to eventually sort this nonsense out.
I think we're all going to be in a state of disbelief and confusion until the dust settles from today's shitshow. Nothing to do but hold on and ride it out for now.
Don't sweat it. The events that were in motion could not have been averted by more people being there. Pence still would have betrayed Trump, the capitol still would have been stormed and the traitors whisked away to safety, etc. If nothing else, focus on where you can make an impact in the future.
Until the deep state rewards him with a cushy board position at Dominion or some shit.
I don't think those are the ones responsible. The door she was shot in front of had a long hall immediately behind it, and that one doesn't. There's another photo floating around of a swatted out young guy who supposedly fired the shot. I'll post if I can find it again.
There's our Crispus Attucks.
Hanged in minecraft with the other traitors
It's going to be a dangerous night for Antifa and BLM
Any good livestreams for this?
For real. I would have thought they'd note all the objections and then break up to discuss them all at once.
I think my expectations were a little high for congressional efficiency.
This is the real news. Pence said he would not "unilaterally" decide which votes would be counted. Could be CYA wordplay since he knows there will be objections.
Agreed. Her posture and movement looks a bit stressed/uneasy. Certainly not exuding confidence.
Doomers here all butthurt that Trump didn't immediately march on stage and start putting nooses around traitors' necks.

Nothing but desperate shills.
Explosions of bullshit!
Would be a good time for those leafblowers.
Fantastic. Hopefully the site pans out, but products will need vetting.
I'm shocked.
Afraid I won't be there, but I'll definitely be monitoring local repeaters via echolink. Hopefully some individuals will be there with handhelds reporting on the goings-on.
Aren't the ones that torch... yet.
I wouldn't pay much mind to the haters. Got some reddit-style Dunning-Kruger going on here, or shills stirring the pot.
Afraid not. I don't remember what I was searching or reading when I saw it. I do remember that it was of an open-mouthed, very young looking guy all kitted up (all black gear with a rifle), facing left. There were others decked out similarly in the photo, but he was the focus of it, of course.
If I happen across it again, I'll link.
