There is going to be a lot of litigation over the upcoming weeks and the evidence is overwhelming. When the dust has cleared, Trump will be re-elected to a 2nd term.

However, to answer your question: The president automatically loses his status at noon on inauguration day. Since there would be no vice president as well, the chain of succession would go to the speaker of the house, most likely pelosi. So lets hope that does not happen.

That is the plan IMO. Media is projecting all of these states for Biden really early (including AZ, which Trump might win outright). Then when Trump comes back and wins after court cases it might look to an uninformed observer as if he 'stole the election' because the media says so.
