lol well I make three figures and have a masters degree, looking at quitting my job to take care of the kids full time as my husband and I don’t really need my income with his. No debt, we own our house and cars, kids go to private school. My husband is also a combat veteran I work in finance and he works in public affairs for a few republican based non profits in the area. I think the average person would agree that we are financially successful and not communists. Cannabis is - like everything else - what you make of it. While you touched on opioids - alcohol, cigarettes, and food addictions are just as damaging to the physical and mental health of people.

Actually yes it did - I grew up in primarily black area. I was one of three white girls at my high school. Gangs were common, couldn’t wear certain colors and clothes. I was constantly harassed etc eventually I made friends with the biracial kids who were also excluded from the black majority.
I find myself watching movies from the 80s and 90s a lot lately. Sure I miss my childhood, but really I think I just miss that time period where anything seemed possible in America. Now it’s just a shit show.

By providing additional information, TSA has other ways to confirm your identity, like using publicly available databases, so you can reach your flight. If your identity cannot be verified, you will not be allowed to enter the screening checkpoint.

We’ve always been poor white trailer trash growing up between the wealthy and poor large black and Hispanic populations. It was obvious in the 90s we were getting the shaft. My brothers, despite high test scores and GPAs didn’t get into top tier universities because they were white and poor. They were denied scholarships because even they were poor they were white males. This has been going on for a hot minute.

Haha yes I was distracted when responding. Yes the Army just kept giving me opioids and Xanax and I couldn’t live that way anymore. Now I just smoke at night and go to bed :)
We paid our cars off and they’re pretty new so I don’t see any point on getting new ones. We’re really fortunate because I fought for my medical retirement from the Army, so we have medical, dental, and vision outside our jobs. And yes we have a nice savings as well. My advice is to just cut out things you don’t need - new clothes, new cars, Hulu, Netflix etc. slowly start to eliminate the stuff you don’t need. Also you can eBay any valuable stuff you have in the house you want to get rid of. Stuff just isn’t that important to us these past three years.
