Work on your own mental happiness, find what brings you peace and joy alone
Go to the gym - push yourself - lift weights
Take this time to de-clutter your living space. Make it neat, throw out extra junk, your home is a reflection of your headspace. Is your home inviting, clean, and warm? Or is it a train wreck that you expect some woman to come in a fix for you? Another human can only improve so much of your space (mental and physical)
Start to eat right - enjoy healthy foods etc
Make sure you hygiene is on point. You want a woman to smell and look good right? Then you need to also smell and look good
Take up a hobby! What’s something you’ve always wanted to learn? Every time you think about you being alone, practice your hobby for at least 15 min or so
Turn the tv off, the social media off, and any other outside junk - pick up a book
Make a plan to get rid of any debt you may have, and to create a good savings.
Focus on your job - what the plan here, get your career plan in order and begin to execute it
While you are doing all these things, you’ll noticed your own mental health will improve. Not only that, you’ll be a better and more content person. You’ll attract the women you want in no time - and while you wait, you’ll just get more physically and mentally fit.
