I'm not completely convinced it's organic, either. At best, I think a few shills made their way into mod positions over at T_D and were banning posts during the primaries. I had posts that were pro-Western civilization, that had a map of modern day slavery and showed how the West wasn't "evil" and "white supremacist", shadow banned from T_D and when I asked the mods I would get ridiculous replies (separated by 24 hours, mind you) like "are you sure you posted it?" 24 hours later, "Where's the post?", 24 later, "what post are you talking about?"
I began talking about it on RightWingLGBT because I like that mix of people (and am also bi) and got the confirmation I needed when someone said, "Who even goes to T_D anymore? It's just a boring place and I doubt anyone would bother trying to control it." Or, words to that effect. My blood pressure, I am sure, went up a bit reading that. That was the point. The whole point.
Reddit has been working on ways to limit our reach for a decade (look up "Hate speech on Reddit: A simple, novel plan to quarantine it.") and decided that if they shut us dow, we'd jus reform somewhere else. So, I think, decided to keep us around in a weakened state and seed and boost the signal of the 'worst' elements of our movement. C) It's hard for most eyeballs to focus on line after line of text without bold, a pic, a link or something to break the monotony. Put another way, only half serious.
D) We're a Big Tent movement and not a intersectional, struggle session, Cult of Purity SJW movement. Plz, learn to deal with this fact.
