Only the deal he's making is this:

1. Patriots stay off capital grounds
2. Police will graciously remove their presence from the street
3. Patriots can only be on the sidewalk on the other side of the street
4. Patriots can not attend the government meetings that are being held, pursuant to Oregon law.

For reference, this would equate to $25k for 28k businesses. This would be the lifeline needed to keep many of them around through lockdowns/sizing restrictions. But instead, we're giving it away to the 3rd world.

Another problem is pensions. Put cops on a private 401k that they contribute to and employers match, there's suddenly much less incentive to stay. As it is now with pensions, cops can lose their entire retirement if they go against the powers that be. If you're 40+ and have good money in retirement (via your pension), that's a hell of thing to gamble with.

Yeah, cops were pushing a doorway with mace and someone in the crowd maced back the police. It was pretty epic to watch.

There were comments from the crowd towards the police earlier on the livestream that they could get onboard or swing (from ropes) with the rest of them. It's definitely getting spicy.

I saw this coming as the next step once the SCOTUS dismissed the TX case. People have had enough.

They literally are mutually exclusive. Scenario 1 is a made up virus for which people are lying about. Scenario 2 is one where the virus is real, but not very strong and is way overhyped. In one it exists, in the other it doesn't. Are you living in a bizarro Schroedingers reality or something?

Classic story of when a man is pushed too far. They screwed him out of his business property through the powers of government and he took matters into his own hands.

Apply Occam's Razor here...which of these scenarios is more likely:

Situation 1: The entirety of the worlds medical establishment has been brought on board to a lie about something that is 100% made up. This goes from government medical experts to private sector and big pharma. With very little lead time they were all brought on board and the lie has been 100% successful, with no medical practitioners outright denying the existance of the made up virus.

Situation 2: A new flue like virus is out, and although not particularly harmful, we still don't know much about it. The powers that be seize on this opportunity to impose controls on society (lockdowns, masks, etc). Medical professionals in the private sector advocate for simple existing remediaes like HCQ and zinc, and big pharma pushes vaccines they'll make billions on. Politicians also seize on this moment to push mail in voting since they can fear monger person to person contact.

COVID is real, it's an actual virus...it's just not the population-killer that it's made out to be. My brother works in the medical field and was responsible for getting his companies tests scaled up for production. He's wicked smaht, and has verified to me that it's real. I'm on board that it's blown up out of proportion and is being used to control people, but it's not 100% made up.
