The old 2.4ghz standard will actually give me MORE range than the newer shorter wavelengths. I will leave these networks open and unsecured, forwarding all traffic to thedonald.win. No matter what you type in the URL if it isnt in thedonald.win domain, that's where you will be redirected

Ok. It's pretty straightforward to do with two network IDs as most routers have two radios to support 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies. More than that requires a router that supports Virtual Access Points or better yet, DD-WRT which is an open source router software that can be loaded on many different types of routers and also supports VAP. Basically just set your SSIDS to whatever you want to trigger people with and you are off.
Forwarding traffic requires configuring the routers DHCP server which resolves URLs to IP addresses. Just resolve everything in thedonald.win to itself, and everything outside of it to thedonald.win. Then ban all other domains so they cant get around it by using their own DHCP servers or a publically available one.
I can take screenshots with my router admin panel to help people understand, but process will be roughly the same regardless of your router.
