Be quick about it. A note on CB though. If you and your friends are using it and you want a little less range and a little more (sort of ) privacy. Turn your antenna sideways. Really only works good for base stations. House to house. Also. Get a CB with sideband.
Let's release just a little. We are talking about practical usage. Not government regulations. My sister got her liscense and has no idea how to work the radio besides turning it on... becouse she doesn't use it. Like any other hobby. It takes practice.
