I remember Bev Harris... Do you? She coined the phrase "fraction magic" and showed how easy it was to access a system called GEMS that tallies all the votes and manipulate them. It was such a bombshell hbo made a documentary about it called "Hacking Democracy." Her site is blackboxvoting.org.
