I follow the virus starting in Dec 2019. The Virus hit the USA in Dec as Chinese fled Wuhan and flew back to the USA, and also a large number to Italy. We had over 90,000 dailey flights in the USA, the virus spread like wild fire. By March- April Almost everyone in the Country would have tested positive. Some got sick, some did not get sick, some died mostly older. That is what they started doing here is testing and have never stopped. Never were any hospitals over flowing, Never were emergency Rooms over flowing. The BIGGEST LIAR and who should be in prison for his role is That Lying Bastard Dr. Fauci.
By the way in Italy all of you heard about how it started in North Italy and spread. The reason is that Chinese workers that had gone home to China for the Chinese up coming New Year fled, (Which by the way is the biggest migration each year in the World) just as American Chinese fled Wuhan. In North Italy, China has Garmet factories that employ over 20,000. They wanted Italy so they could have a Italian Label.They spreaded the Virus in the biggest numbers in North Italy and it made it's way to South Italy and the rest of the region.
Last, as best they can tell, Probably started in Late October in Wuhan and it took a while before the cases starting rising to take notice.

Any court would tell you need to sue the State Governors and State Legislators where this took place and are responsible for the outcome and or to correct it. I think he is talking about the Wisconsin votes for people that are confined in rest homes, or have medical conditions where they cannot leave the home. Each voting year it is about 10,000 to 15,000 approx. This Election over 200,000. Wisconsin Law condsider any vote that is not from a Confined person and voted as confined Illegal. He will probably have 180,000 Illegal votes in Wisconsin.

The Texas lawsuit was correct and SCOTUS was simply wrong.
I had written Texas Attorney General and the Honorable Senator Ted Cruz to re-file this suit last week. I am sure they will never see it.
In this new Lawsuit the UNITED STATES is requesting this Lawsuit be considered by SCOTUS:
Article III, § 2, cl. 2 confers original jurisdiction on the Supreme Court in any case suit brought by the United States against a state.
Thus, the United States can and should file suit against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Like the Texas suit, that new suit would seek an order invalidating the appointment of the electors appointed by those four defendant States that refused to abide by the terms of the Presidential Electors Clause. That would leave it to the state legislatures in those four states to “appoint” electors — which is what the Constitution requires.
In this New Case when and if it is brought, The United States is requesting SCOTUS to RESOLVE THIS DISUNION as described below.
