I feel like it's more to keep people scared and send "visual reminders" to everyone, at all times. They just want to keep us scared so we vote for covid saviors in Nov.

In college my roommate was exactly like your friend. She'd hook up with a new guy every weekend and then tell me in detail about everything they did. For some weird reason they feel like they have to push all their sexual encounters on everyone. It's really creepy. And the dudes get brainwashed to believe women should behave that way, and to be ok with never having a partner and only watching porn or have meaningless hookups. They are taught to applaud this, when in reality they are losing out on so much.

Yeah I agree, it was a "me" issue, I was the one who chose to abuse weed, but in the end it only made things worse. Any type of drug can be self-harming if you abuse it. The only difference with weed is that it makes you think you can't abuse it because "it's just a plant" and it's so normalized, and not physically addictive. But it can be super mentally addictive.

Yeah, I can relate. By some miracle I survived college without turning into one of them. I think because I only went to a university for 2 years. By the end of it, I hated men, was pro-anything LGBT, pro hookups, pro weed and drinking until you black out every weekend, became an atheist, thought Islam was peaceful, etc. It's scary how you just don't realize the indoctrination at all. It just creeps up on you.

In my experience, it made me so unproductive it was like I was like I was living under a rock for 2 years and when I woke up, I looked around me and I hadn't done 1 productive thing the entire time. I just think people need to be educated that while it can do good things, it can also do bad things. I also got annoyed when people would talk about the negatives when I smoked everyday. It was my crutch, and I didn't want anyone to take it from me.

I think it would be a great replacement for opioids. However I don't think it's a good idea for the general public to be smoking it everyday. Source: smoked everyday and it was not a positive source in my life at all. Still for legalization though.

Same here, I used to smoke every day. It killed my productivity and I was brain fogged 24/7 even when not using it. In some ways I think it's worse than alcohol because it seems "milder" to people so they think they can use it all the time, because it's "just a plant". Still for legalizing it tho, but I think we should have a lot more education on how it ruins your brain.

I saw some of those, and it's ALWAYS "I went off to college and found the real me". College literally destroys women

Thanks for the advice, maybe a shotgun would be pretty nice. Better to have a few shotguns than nothing at all. I have seen 12 guage ammo left while looking for .380

A 9mm in the chest is a pretty good way to teach someone not to rape

Snakes are hella cool, they eat all the bad critters. And they are peaceful and usually hide when people are around. No need for steppy on snake

Yeah I just became a first time gun owner a couple months ago when you could still find the popular ammo, wish I would have figured this out earlier for sure!

I also went to visit my parents there not too long ago. It was dystopian, I couldn't stand going out in public because of how weird people were about everything. People are 100x more scared there than anywhere else, they were masks EVERYWHERE. Hiking, riding bikes, walking in front of their house. You do not step out in public and see someone with no mask. Even my parents who voted Trump in 16 and have always been Republican are wrapped in it. Every night before dinner my dad would add "please protect us from covid" to his prayer and my mom would get upset when I wouldn't wear a mask. The propaganda there is so powerful. I live in a liberal city outside of CA. The fear here is still nothing compared to my parents small CA town

They were just protecting themselves like any society has the right to do, like we should have the right to do also
