It can be hard to find others in the majority when we are silent. But we are here, we will win, we will MAGA.

Appreciate you as well, godspeed pede.

For some people nothing is ever enough, if anyone has it better than them in any way they will complain. I'm sorry you had to work with such liberals

Not saying it's a great system, but I've never heard anyone argue for making the restaurants pay more to the servers who wasn't trying to complain about the little bit of extra money they were kicking - without realizing they'd pay more if that happened as big tippers wouldn't be pulling weight for them.

Soon they'll also get their dream of servers being paid a full wage and not having to rely on tips.

Then be really upset as they realize us non-cheap bastards were subsidizing their lower food prices. Seriously, I've never heard that argument from anyone who was even a decent tipper.

A large portion of the population unquestionably accepting this narrative is what will enable their voter fraud, if all other parts of their plan go smoothly, to be accepted - or at least be the catalyst for an even greater divide between the left and right of our country.

Do these people not realize your blood oxygen levels also drop while wearing a mask? Guess none of their chosen candidates would be fit to govern then. The party of Science!

Apparently the author and his boyfriend spend $48000 every 9 weeks at restaurants and bars. Is he dating Pete Buttegieg or something because I doubt he contributes with his Yahoo editorial communist salary

I was thinking exactly that. It seems almost impossible to accidentally get into that position

Following Ron Paul allowed me to see Project Mockingbird in action, years before I'd find out its name. A true patriot, one who I would have loved to have seen in the President's cabinet had he not retired from politics.

Trump may have been able to do it without him, but Ron Paul proved there were freedom loving and free thinking Americans still out there

There is a theory that they did this to hide the true timeline of RBG's death... More important to call Biden a liar than for that to get out. Given that almost certainly Photoshopped wedding picture popping up shortly before she passed, there could be some truth to that.

Honestly the stage directions make me feel like this person probably wrote it themselves.

That said it's still funny

Unfortunately, many people are heavily resistant when their deep held beliefs are challenged, particularly the initial time a specific belief is challenged

My words were about people looking down on the act of sports spectating, not anything about supporting these leagues specifically.

Today I learned taking a stand and saying the same thing everyone else on this website is saying would be courageous, but having a slightly different (though really, not that different when the nuances are considered) opinion and not being afraid to voice and defend it is being a pussy, so that's interesting. That said, I'm really not interested in having an argument that will go nowhere with a stranger on the internet.

I never said anyone was demanding, dictating, or forcing anybody not to do anything, nor was I talking specifically about these leagues, but the view of sports spectatorship in general. These things have been American institutions, why should we surrender them, even if these specific leagues have to burn to the ground.

Maybe families should start new pastimes, I'm not really a big sports person myself, I couldn't even watch baseball this year (the only sport I'm really into) after the social justice stuff they pulled in the beginning of the season. But outside of a Trump rally it's hard to find the same energy you'd find at a sporting event full of people who love their teams and love their country, and I don't think we should just give that up even if it has to be reformed.

These actual leagues can burn, but because of what they've pulled there seems to be a negative view of sports in general around here which I find to be slightly misguided.

I agree, this was probably not the right place to state the opinion but I've just seen pretty strong sentiment around here in general that being a spectator of sports is a waste of time and an undesirable characteristic. While in certain sense that might be true, I don't see the point of disparaging the ways others choose to bond with friends and family (as for a lot of people that's what being a sports fan is) and spend their free time as long as its not to anyone's detriment.

Of course, what we're seeing with professional sports here are a different matter as far as not being to anyone's detriment.
