I am from Georgia and I have been to multiple counties in Georgia over the last couple of days monitoring the recount. They are doing the hand recount in "batches" that are same as the election night and entering the tallies per candidate and total ballots into a system called Arlo. What do we know about it besides the fact it is open source and sponcered by DHS.
