If you donated before 11/3 you don't really have grounds to claim fraud. The fraud was the Stop the Steal solicitations -- the RNC took that money saying they were going to fight for Trump and didn't.

Ask for a refund of anything you gave after 11/3/20 -- that was all "stop the steal" donations that were fraudulent -- RNC gave Trump team nothing and the GOP back stabbed him.

Tell them they took the money under fraudulent circumstances and you will dispute with your credit card company if they don't (all disputes cost them money regardless of outcome and vendors will cancel them if there are too many disputes -- they will want to avoid that).

I already demanded my refund of all donations after 11/3/20 -- I told them in my request that they had taken my money under false pretenses to fight for Trump, which they did not do. I also wrote that I was going to dispute the charges with my credit card company but decided I would give them (the RNC) a chance to refund first. I immediately got an email from RNC support saying they had identified my donations and were issuing a refund. I would be getting it in 5 to 10 days, depending on my bank. That was 5 days ago. It hasn't hit my bank yet, but I am looking for it. I suggest all pedes do the same and put the same things in their request (re: took money fraudulently and that you will dispute with your credit card company -- credit card disputes cost them money regardless of outcome and a high number of disputes can lead to vendors canceling them-- they will want to avoid that).
