A lot of state and local elections have judges on the ballots. Often, the judgeship elections do **not **have party affiliations listed. Some of these judgeships are important positions to supreme courts (especially in Ohio).
If you really want to go the extra mile, research these judges before you vote. I usually find a source I trust and use their endorsements.

What is your opinion on foreign medical grads using tax payer Medicare funds to get residency training in the USA? Many of these physicians return to their home country after finishing their training. Some take residency spots that would have gone to US grads.
Should those physician training spots be reserved for US citizens since they are funded by our tax dollars? Should their be a commitment to stay in the USA until funds are repaid?
