They just figure out how many ballots are fraudulent and then reduce the count of that portion by that amount. So if it’s 80-20 Biden, Trump loses some votes but it hurts Biden much more.

So, if we toss 100k ballots, Biden drops 80 and Trump 20. For a net swing of 60k ballots, and thus the win.
