First they came for the Republicans, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Republican. Then they came for the gun owners, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a gun owner. Then they came for the Jews and independents, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew or an Independent. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

So I saw his video, implying the ladies kids would get assaulted at a primarily black school living near primarily black Detroit. Is there any way to file something legally locally against this fine example of humanity? Or legal levers of power to expose this bigot hypocrisy?
Here is the legal code. https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(title:52%20section:10101%20edition:prelim) I get the feeling that even though it doesn't strictly state that election workers should not be "illegally compelled" or "coerced" etc... that still seems to fail the smell check or breaks the spirit of this law... Thoughts? or know a lawyer lol?
Link:Milwaukee data, clearly manipulated Link:Dane County data looks normal Please be gentle first post :) I was inspired by Dr Shiva in the presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ztu5Y5obWPk&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR0fmmHuaqZZGCi6vqF-kjPGkAYK1DMnps5zx84cqlFimFDxs31DN1vsTa0 to do some digging and find similar patterns in the Milwaukee voter data. I went thru by hand and added up all the wards (they do not use precincts) then I added all the non-presidential race totals for Dem/Rep. I found a pattern similar to what Dr Shiva found which was in wards high in Dem had above average voting for Trump's by ratio of votes to the rest of the ward that was around above 5-15%. In the most Republican heavy wardsTrumps avg vote ratio to all votes was roughly 5-10% lower. Why is that a big deal? Ok for wards with higher total voters for house or senate or other election candidates for Republication there seems to be a correlation to some kind of digital manipulation. Also traditionally if a person votes for all Republican odds are good they are voting Trump. This means that what should be showing in the data is that wards voting high in Rep would also have higher than above average votes for Trump, since some Dems will vote for him too. Instead the opposite pattern is showing up. Dr Shiva exposed this.
This kind of analysis is not proof of fraud just potential reason to investigate the vote for systemic election tampering using a digital tool. Also this analysis would be more concise if I could find data showing the straight ticket percentages in each ward.
