Idk man, I see this conflict happening on multiple fronts. Not only the obvious ones like political and cultural fronts. But more like, civil and criminal in this regard specifically.
We have seen the civilian front essentially pressing forward in a big way.
I feel we still have yet to see the shoe to drop on the criminal front. And I feel like they've taken every step to set the stage there.

I go through this ALL THE TIME at work..
We take old physical media. We scan it with a copier that emails you a PDF. The pdf isn't searchable at this point.
Then we CONVERT it to a pdf. At that point, we rely on human input to check the spell checker because not even that gets all the mistakes.
This clearly looks like it was missing the critical human part after the conversion.
That won't come in the form of a criminal suit brought by civilians, in my dumbass opinion.
something like that would either be revealed in a military court or from some sort of military review.
