A lot of people may not have good vitamin intake I myself take vitamin C B zinc etc. And I’ve found that body armor drinks give you a decent vitamin mineral intake boost when needed Obviously fresh juices and fruit better choices but grab a body armor rather than a soda or Gatorade 👍
