What are "uncast ballots"

The vote cast for trump that was not counted. In the 2 found, 1 vote was switched over, the other was one cast for trump, but was never actually counted, so i called it an uncast ballot, because the cast was never added in for trump. They are two separate discrepancies that were unrelated to the duplicates.
