Could you please explain the current situation with the Cloudflare CAPTCHA? Why does it show up so often for the same user? Why does it always require an interaction, as opposed to passive checks on some other Cloudflare sites? Is this a reasonable level of protection or a way to discourage human visitors?

How are the page views counted? Is scrolling the front page and unfolding posts counted as 1 page view?
When you post the numbers of images served, do those include the parts of the site design or just the memes from the posts?
Are you reluctant to publish the number of active users because it would debunk the myth about reddit doctoring the sub count?

The only thing I can agree with, is that it was not an appropriate moment for Schaffer to plug a discount code. Of course, they should've just told him so privately.
Naive algorithm can't, but AI used by Google is better at recognizing such things than a human is. It's inevitable, since they need it to deal with spam. You can still make a match more ambiguous or spell something out in a descriptive text, but simple replacements won't work.
