Thanks for informing me, while I've been a member for a long time I got locked out of my account and didn't make a new one until my brother asked me if I could post here. So I created a new account and say sure what you want to say which is when it told me I should remind people that we need not take our off the senate even if we WIN WIN WIN in court. We have 2 KEY runoffs elections in GA and Graham is trying to help them out. That said while a posted a bit months ago its been awhile, thanks for the update.
Even as a small Government guy, it sounds like we need to expand the FOIA to include a dept that "purchases" and publicly post all data that comes thru its door for government activities. Request a FIOA document and it goes to the dept which has a mandate to carry out all legal request and than post publicly ALL findings for anyone to download and print or otherwise. This would remove the "bulk cost" of getting this data for every American. It shouldn't be to hard or cost to much to print/reprint this stuff once and only once and end up saving Americans money to have documents we are entitled to while also allowing the dept to identify any abuse of the FOIA access be it stupid cost, paperwork without lawyers etc. We shouldn't have to buy this type of stuff.
Let me start this off please add to take part of or disregard. Off the top of my head laws that may have been violated.
Election Fraud
Identity Theft
Racketeering
Unauthorized access of government databases
Mail and wire fraud
That is just off the top of my head real quick. Can vet ideas get penalties and make a good write up about how bad they may have fucked up while reminding them that every act every ballot is a separate charge and the means of Election fraud may come with a few more charges in regard to the method of the Election Fraud.
