"Principled" people don't shake the hands with the devil.... Perhaps you misunderstand what being "principled" means.... Your salty response implies you have issues with it yourself, but that's for you to figure out.....
I'm 63 years old, but retired at 56, after having learned a trade and working my ass off from a young age, and putting money back for a planned early retirement. I don't live extravagantly, but have had nice things without going into big debt. I thank God that I've truly been blessed and am living comfortably with 2 million and growing in my portfolio. It wasn't easy, and I have aches and pains from all my efforts over the years, but I didn't blame anyone else, and just kept going to work every day. That's how capitalism works.... Oh,... and I was there on the 6th, and all I saw were genuinely good people who were praying and hoping for goodness, truth, and justice, to prevail.....
