Maybe, that would be cool. I got the feeling that Barr is a professional and not a warrior. He himself said he was ready for retirement but took this job for whatever reason. I think Trump respects him a lot and gave him a respectful out. But yeah, IMO Barr didn’t want any heat, was probably totally done after that ridiculous roasting reclaim-my-time bullshit that he went through, and said to hell with this. Not sure if he blocked any justice, but we’ll see. I think if he did Trump would not have been so merciful.
