Find one example of that happening anywhere. If you’re established in a domicile you cannot just be thrown out at the whim of the lease holder or even the homeowner. That’s literally not true in any state.

Again untrue. You would need a restraining order in that situation.

This is literally not true in any state. They are roommates. Still if OP is sick he should try to limit contact with housemates. If the other woman really has bad health concerns she should go somewhere else for a while. You can’t kick someone out for being sick. That’s part of living together.

Incorporated in that sense means it’s a part of the US (part of the perpetual union) as opposed to a territory owned or governed by the US. That is to say Wyoming IS the United States. Puerto Rico is OWNED BY the United States.

The only incorporated territory ever ceded was part of the deal along the 49th parallel with British Canada.

You’ll also see the terms unorganized/organized when you see unincorporated/incorporated. Unorganized territories don’t have territorial governments, organized territories do. The only territory that is incorporated yet unorganized is Palmyra Atoll.

Correct me if I’m wrong I’m not a lawyer but wouldn’t that rely on a contingent election where the house would choose Trump?

I don’t read it this way. Read the 12th and 20th amendments. The 20th amendment gave the right to congress to make the law saying what happens if there is no president or president elect selected. They have never taken up the issue.

They would have to pass an emergency law (which Trump would have to sign) saying what would happen. Basically they let Trump remain president until it’s worked out or he refuses to sign anything else and we have a constitutional crisis. Remember only a super majority can override a veto. If they had a super majority against Trump in favor of pelosi then Biden will have long been certified.

Point of clarity. They are associate justices not junior justices. You don’t become Chief J by tenure you have to be nominated specifically to that position...even if you’re already on the court.

You better attach a good tip to it or it will have the opposite effect. Tip jars are for tips.

Sure. And it should be one question: Do you have a penis and for that reason can your country call on you to die in a foreign desert or jungle?

Tim Pool used to be great when he did 6-8 min videos highlighting the news. Now he pretends to be a Trump fan, publishes clickbait, and says the same thing over and over again to get you to watch ads. Fuck Tim Pool. TIM PANICS OVER THIS POST. Tim IN TOTAL MELTDOWN from my comment.

Yeah this is bullshit. There is no second Suez Canal and Panama owns the Panama Canal

Wtf why? That ruling could have gone either way. Learn the difference between standing and merit. Accepting that Texas has standing in the elections of other states would open a can of worms. The lawsuits can proceed but they just need to find literally any citizen of each of the states.

Call it “ the ___ in play movement”. Like for instance argue that NY dividing its electoral votes would mean presidential candidates can’t ignore it anymore benefitting both groups of voters. Put NY in play!
