I don’t mean received by the voter I mean returned. For instance if one district had 10,000 returned mail ins but counted 30,000 mail in votes isn’t that the easiest proof of all?
Edit: correct me if I’m wrong but I think the theory we’re working with is that (maybe millions of) ballots were added at the 11th hour. If true there was no time for them to go thru the mail.
If the ballots are in fact watermarked we won’t know it unless they win in court. Why would you reveal that unless you absolutely needed to. (I don’t know whether they were watermarked or not, I’m just saying we won’t know either way until we need to know)
