I don’t think you understand what the word antagonistic means.

“Intended to be erotic” is fulfilled by showing the audience that the girl is performing a sexual act so you’re incorrect on that part

It absolutely does not have to be nudity

And it does not have to be onscreen

Like I said, I don’t take upon myself the burden to cure you of your ignorance on this particular topic. I’m assuming you’re not a pedo, in which case it’s not necessary for you to understand these laws, and if you are a pedo, I hope you misunderstand them so you get caught and locked up forever.

I just read the law in a discussion about cuties - someone defended it as being not illegal and someone else linked the federal title it violated. If you’re interested you can look it up.

Google it dude

I’m not going to google child exploitation laws for you

You can trust me or verify it yourself, or doubt me and remain in ignorance

Makes no difference to me

Simulating a sex act (masturbation), whether clothed or nude, on screen or off, even if the actor is of age, if the character is a child, it is considered child pornography

It’s not even the first time. There was another foreign film too.

Also - Mad Men has a scene where Draper’s daughter is masturbating off screen but they show her face and it’s extremely disturbing and technically is illegal.

Agreed

My point was this meme is silly because he is clearly getting his news from mainstream sources which he cites in his videos. Suggesting he gets his news here and never credits it is silly

Not what I said

There are a lot of ways to go. I personally am for gong up the whistleblower chain of command route.

Did I say do nothing? No. I said telling the public will amount to nothing. Other pedes have much more effective ideas on what to do than to release some video of military training to a public powerless to do anything with that knowledge.

The only reason to alert the public would be if he blew the whistle and was reprimanded and nothing was done about the underlying problem.

No, dumbass, laws are not secured by force

Recognize that there are natural laws and paper laws

You are incorrectly conflating the two when assuming my position

I am not saying he shouldn’t be allowed to”brandish”

I am saying that the thing you said was not correct

It’s ok to be incorrect demonspawn

Don’t be a fucking tard

If he wants people to be aware, that’s wonderful but what will that accomplish? NOTHING

In my opinion we are all aware of a coup against the president and it continues to this day so how much less will result from this?

If he has an option to go up the chain of command it may actually cause this to stop.
