If the evidence is substantial, I'd imagine it's within the courts' purview to postpone certification. Or overturn it if the evidence comes in after. Might be ugly, but I don't care
Even after Dec 14, if evidence is substantial, I would imagine courts could overturn certification of votes. Might piss leftists off, but who gives a fuck?
To my mind, certifications can be rendered null and void by the courts if fraud is proven, particularly if state legislatures object to the certification.
