I mean it looks more like he’s just doing a partner/affiliate thing selling folks products on his site to get a little extra income (to help him with the lawsuits and boycotts and social media and investigation stuffs) while promoting some American entrepreneurs. And by entrepreneurs I mean looks like a few cheap infomercial products right now. Doesn’t at all look or sound like an Amazon alternative. His description doesn’t make it sound like that either. In fact it’s just a short list of a couple other folks products he added to his online store. Don’t get me wrong I’d love to see it grow into a competitor to Amazon with companies with products all Made in America. That sounds awesome. If that’s what he plans on turning it into, growing it into that’s awesome and I’m down to support it. From his own description and from what I see though I don’t get where folks are getting Amazon alternative.

I’m a scientist studied Kinesiology, Dietetics, physiology, human development, exc extensively I’m an RD and a researcher though my field of focus is Dietetics, and Fitness. so if you want a discussion as to why are they attracted? I’ve actually had to have this conversation with a researcher colleague who is a weeb.. still not sure exactly what that term weeb means exactly but I know I’m using it correctly. it’s a long discussion but it boils down to human development. When you’re at optimal health, then when you’re built to go through puberty and find a mate, then when your body is developed to hunt and run and fight, when it’s built to be strongest to defend the family and when it’s programmed to die. At puberty you’re looking for a mate. Remember until 150 years ago the human lifespan was a little over 30 years on average. By 30-35 your body is programmed to physically start dying. It’s through medicine, technically, agricultural, and nutrition developments that we have tripled our lifespan. For hundreds of thousands of years our bodies developed to think 30 years was our lifespan 150 is nothing next to that. So I understand how some people could be wired like that. But then you add in the fact that most of these people are over 35 which by that logic basically make them walking corpses and just like that it’s weird again.
Either way you have someone who is fully mentally developed and someone who isn’t in a society where you are sheltered completely till puberty and are only fully taught and prepared to make decisions like this once your mental development is complete around 18-21. Physical development around 19-21. Huh you can’t gamble till you’re 21 here. Go figure. Society and an extended lifespan changed the rules and most people have adapted. Genetic biological changes usually take more than a few generations so some people I’m not surprised don’t adapt easily adapt. Maybe something fucked up their social development or maybe something rare in their genes or brain chemistry is preventing that switch from seeing someone at that age as a mate to offspring to protect. Who knows. Genetics is too young a field of study. At best pedophilia should be a mental illness. And any actions taken against a child should be a severe crime. Since generally speaking all adults are programmed to protect children at all costs. Harming a child should be the most severe crime possible.
