Someone please correct me if I’m wrong. Does the “leading digit” part work like this?
Let’s say Wisconsin updated their vote counts 1000 times over the course of the counting process. Each time they update a new batch of ballots comes in for all of the candidates. The suspicion arises because over time it might look like:
Trump: 17372, 17211, 15276, 12287, 9276, 8276, 6254 etc
Biden: 25717, 15291, 9275, 9275, 2387, 1827, 3276, 4376, 6289 etc
This is how I’m understanding it anyway. Again, please correct me if I’m wrong.
