Back in 2003ish Dipset was a huge gang in Roch, named after rapper Cam'ron's dipset. They were pretty big, mostly just smaller ones lately. Another larger one was Murder Unit.

I live in Rochester, the area it happened is gangland around here. Goodman and Pennsylvania is deep into the shithole.
