I'm not going to sugarcoat it, the first line is super concerning to me. Why would we need to 'find a new way to win the war' if we've had a long-term master plan from the get go? It seems to imply that we didn't have a plan and now a paths open up. I'll still fight til the end, but this is not the language I'd prefer to hear. (I'm not trying to doom, just mentally preparing for the worst)

How to get it to SCOTUS (in a timely manner no less) is a question I feel like is being brushed off too easily here. Texas obviously had no where else to go, but even if Trumps team ctrl+C the whole lawsuit what guarantee that it doesn't go to a lower or each individual states court? (I genuinely don't know these kinds of proceedings, I just feel like this is kinda a crucial cog in the machine)
I am not of a fan of the "Its all part of the plan" idea. Like I get that this isnt the end of the battle (not by a long shot) but its okay to admit that this is not a victory for us, and trying to turn it into one is often just disillusionment and false comfort. We will win but we know it isn't going to be easy or go our way 100% of the time.
Option 2 is 0% chance of happening, like if he's going to resign just wait a month. Trump ain't the type to choose option 1. Option 3 is possible, and option 4 (he says "there's cheating and I won but there's too many swamp people in my way" when he leaves office) is possible too, but knowing the man option 3 is certainly picked.
