My husband is a pharmacist (dealing with specialty meds) and the only patients that pay anything for meds are ones with Medicare because it's illegal by law to offer copay assistance. Humira, Enbrel, Tecfidera, etc. all have copay assistance programs that bring it down to $0-5 for the patients.
It also does absolutely nothing for the immediate future, which is what we need to pay attention to. Suspending payments? Yes! That is fine, but debt erasure has greater consequences than are worth it for getting the economy moving again.

As for the second one, it makes no logical sense for there to be a random sentence of "They're rapists". That's not how Trump speaks... not how anyone speaks.
Actual transcription: "They're bringing crime, they're bringing drugs, their rapists." This is classic Trump speaking pattern as well- he very frequently "attaches" to a previous thought without clarifying it.
You can logically assume the actual thought is "They're bringing [their] crime, they're bringing [their] drugs, their rapists" All you have to do is listen to him for 5 minutes and you can tell this is his speaking pattern
