PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong, but in 2000 in Bush v. Gore, didn't Florida still go to SCOTUS after certification? Someone please fill me in because I'm a little confused right now.
If the Pennsylvania Supreme Court throws this out, it's likely headed to the US Supreme Court, which is what I've suspected from the beginning.
