At tonight's meeting, Doug dropped some big news, but first some background.
Doug and a few knowledgable friends maintain that Kamala Harris is not eligible to be VP or POTUS because she is not a Natural-Born Citizen. Both of your parents have to be US citizens to be eligible and neither of hers were. This is not another "birther" conspiracy.

It has been a bit of a challenge serving her with the lawsuit. They tried to do it a few times in California, but could never get anyone to answer at the gate. They were trying to find a service to serve her in DC, and found another route. There is something called the Capital Process Servers, Inc (A branch of the OGC) that actually is located in the Senate Building and exists for this exact purpose. They also only charge $100 for the service.

This means she has 21 days to respond. She'll likely try to get it thrown out on technicalities, but the lawsuit is pretty strong. Read it for yourself.
There's a long way to go in this endeavor and I'll post updates here as I get them, but damn if this isn't some wonderful news. The whole room burst into applause when Doug made the announcement.

The California Democrasts, as expected, are up to more dirt-baggery.
What they are trying to do now is extend the 30-day window to un-sign the recall petition to 45 days. The plan is then to say that it is too close to the June primaries and therefore the recall is "moot". Wonder where they got that idea.
We're onto their game and I don't think this will be successful. Newsom is the one who delayed the process with his lockdowns and such and he's then going to claim it took too long?
I could use some good news today. The SCOTUS decision, although not unexpected, is depressing me more than it should.

The governor of New York is under attack for what might be conspiracy to commit mass murder, even from his own side. If we set up a dead pool for how long he remains in office, I'd put my money on June 1st.
The governor of California is about to be recalled. We've got the numbers already, but are going to smash through 1.5 million signatures and reach a number so hight there's no way they can dispute it. We WILL elect a Conservative replacement and start taking back this state. Just watch. We are organized. We are smart. We are relentless. And we are legion.
