/r/politics (and other subs) for several years now have been controlled by David Brock's Shareblue organization. They hire people to push agendas on internet forums. What they don't realize is that it's just created a large echo chamber, so they're mostly just shilling to themselves these days. A testament to how Democrats handle money, I suppose.
