I did see an article about a teacher who was brought up in assault charges for spraying lysol at the students who didn't "wear it properly". I'm sure there's a lot of kids revolting.

I would assume government computers would have something like bitlocker. These use a TPM. So, unless you had the chip and the drive, the password would be useless.

But who knows what that computer had. I will suspend judgement on the matter untill I see evidence. I won't hold my breath
