I believe this artificially increases the threshold required for the US Constitution. Essentially you are saying a supermajority is required for the decision making process. I believe this state law requiring a supermajority would be contrary to the US Constitution. It should be a simple majority.

She gave some interesting testimony today. Ballots must match poll book. Fraud Ballots are added to the count and poll books are updated (multiple witnesses) But how are the Dominion Switch Ballots dealt with so the recount matches? Monica's information is that she didn't receive an updated poll book until the cerification. This gave them almost two weeks to add to the poll book (to get it as close as possible) So the computer wins the election, then the numbers are relayed to the extra ballot holders to insert into the stock pile of warehouse since they don't need to be counted. This will solve any recount issues. (May explain why pristine ballots without àny marks were found in Georgia - they were added to the stockpile and didn't need to go through the tabulator)

If they increased ballots, they have to increase mailed out numbers and registered voters.
