If Dominion electronically weighted the scales by flipping votes, wouldn't a hand recount find that? It doesn't fix the no-signature mail-in fraud, but wouldn't it find electronic vote switching?

I think the bigger question I have is, if the court rules that election law was violated, what to they actually DO about it? Do they throw the ballots out? I suppose if they're illegal ballots, that's the only thing that makes sense. I guess I hope that the magnitude of the remedy doesn't influence the ruling on the case.

I wouldn't be surprised if Rudy is serving largely in a supervisory and advisory role. You can imagine they've got hundreds of people working on this thing across multiple states, so I tend to imagine that Rudy's role is more like a field general than a soldier (trial lawyer) actually delivering the munitions.
