Long-time Griddy user here. I, in no way/shape/form, feel wronged by the company, and still recommend them. Is my power bill pushing $1000 this month? yes. Did they warn me, and even ask me to leave them? yes. Am I paying NEGATIVE rates for power right now? also yes. I switched to their market rate plan because I could afford these rare market swings and knew in the long run it would be cheaper. I am still ahead over $1000 from the next cheapest plan I could be on.
I can't find a single source for the $2.5 billion 2018 deal. Is this tweet fake? or did the media memory hole this? Trump's 2018 deal was also $3.9 billion.
Iduno if this is the best solution, but I buy used "7 For All Mankind" jeans off eBay for $20-30. I've had some used pairs for almost 10 years. 7FAM was founded in California, but was sold to some Israeli company 5 years ago. I tried some new pairs on in the mall once, and they just fit me really well. Then I noticed their ~$200 price tag. So, I just set up a saved search on eBay for the size & styles that fit me, and strike when the iron's hot.

Mam. Nothing comes close to moving more product per mile safely than pipelines. Come take a tour of my control room where we move millions of barrels a day over tens of thousands of miles with hundreds of leak detection cameras and tens of thousands of sensors every few feet to detect pin-hole leaks and robot "pigs" that crawl through the pipes identifying potential integrity problems before they become issues.
It's called a jury of our peers, but I call bullshit--my peers usually try to get out of jury duty. So, I make it a point to participate in the process just in case there's a good person like me who deserves a voice of reason in the jury box.
